1.2Ticket sales are being handled by unauthorized third parties. Our authorized ticket outlets can be found at: www.streetzrock.de
2. In the event of a violation of the above prohibition, the organizer is entitled to revoke the right of entry, or the tickets will be invalid and blocked.

§4 Right of withdrawal for tickets
The tickets offered here are admission rights to a leisure event with a specific date, for which, according to §312g para. 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal. By ordering online or directly purchasing a wristband for the Streetz Open Air, the contract is binding and the customer is therefore obligated to accept the tickets and pay immediately.

§5 Payment and Shipping
1. The total amount is generally due for payment immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation.
2. Payment options include prepayment for online orders or cash payment at the box office. The box office is only open if the online shop hasn't sold out and is NOT open continuously. Streetzrock eV reserves the right to close the box office at its own discretion if a sale has occurred or towards the end of the evening. The box office opens one hour before the doors open.
3. Tickets purchased online are either hard tickets or Print@Home tickets. Hard tickets are dispatched no later than the end of the week following receipt of payment for the order, but usually within 3-5 business days. Print@Home tickets must be printed by the buyer. Both types must be undamaged and clearly legible, and must be presented at the entrance. The same applies to the camping ticket.
4. Streetzrock eV retains ownership of the purchased item until full payment of the invoice amount.
5. The customer is required to bring their ticket in good condition and legible for the scanner. The scanner must be able to recognize the tickets. If scanning is not possible at the entrance due to the ticket's condition, the ticket becomes invalid for the "Streetz Open Air" event.
6. A day ticket is valid on the respective day, from the start of admission until the end of the last band's performance. The stated admission price applies without exception, also for the specified period.

§6 Arrival; Parking;
Festivalgoers are expected to behave in a manner consistent with general decency. Friendly and considerate conduct, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness, is the duty of all attendees. Instructions from security personnel and the organizers of the "Streetz Open Air 2026" event must be followed.
1. The route leads across adjacent farmland; the access road is signposted. Your vehicle should be suitable for this terrain. Residents must not be disturbed; slow and considerate driving is required (due to dust and noise).
2. The camping areas are marked.
3. It is a meadow; lowered vehicles are not recommended.

7. Campground users must purchase a camping ticket in advance or at the ticket office. A wristband will be issued at the entrance and must be worn visibly on the wrist. Anyone using these areas with vehicles or tents without a camping ticket will be asked to leave or, at the vehicle owner's expense, removed from the campground.

§7 Admission; Admission Control
1. Access to the "Streetz Open Air 2026" event will only be granted with a valid ticket for the event.. Good cause includes, but is not limited to, carrying prohibited items (according to §10 of the Terms and Conditions) and if the visitor displays an obviously homophobic, sexist, racist, or discriminatory attitude. Entry will also be refused in cases of violations of youth protection laws. If any of the aforementioned good cause for refusal of entry exists, the person loses their right to entry, and therefore their ticket or festival wristband becomes invalid; the ticket price will not be refunded.
5. Points 1-4 are also valid and will be applied with regard to the camping ticket.
6. Visitors under 18 years of age will only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This person must be identified at the entrance through documentation (parental permission slips are not sufficient).
