The tickets offered here are admission authorizations for a leisure event with a specific date, for which there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 Clause 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). 2. Payment options include prepayment when ordering online or cash payment at the box office. The box office is only open if there is no sale in the online shop, and it is NOT open all day. 3. Tickets purchased online are either hard tickets or Print@Home tickets. 4. Streetzrock eV reserves ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
5. The customer is required to bring their ticket in good condition and legible for the scanning device. The scanning device must be able to recognize the tickets. If one of the aforementioned good cause exists for denying entry, the person will lose their right to entry, and thus the ticket or festival wristband will become invalid. The entrance fee will not be refunded.
5. Points 1 - 4 are also valid and apply to the camping ticket.
6. Visitors under the age of 18 will only be permitted entry if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
